For over 40 years, Earth Day—April 22—has inspired and mobilized individuals and organizations worldwide to demonstrate their commitment to environmental protection and sustainability.  In Danvers, we are celebrating Earth Day by offering residents a one day, all day event where they can recycle a variety of items not collected by curbside pickup!  The Town of Danvers Department of Public Works Earth Day Zero Waste Event will be held on Saturday, May 7th, 2022 from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the Danvers High School Parking Lot .  This residential event is co-sponsored with Simple Recycling, BoxQ and JRM.
