Preservation Commission

Overview

The Danvers Preservation Commission is to advise the Building Commissioner concerning the issuance of permits for the demolition of significant buildings or landmarks and, where appropriate and consistent with the intent and purpose, to permit their demolition under conditions designed to minimize the loss of distinctive features of significant buildings.

Members

The Preservation Commission consists of seven members:
