The Purchasing Department assists all Town departments in ensuring compliance with public purchasing laws and the efficient and cost effective purchase of goods and services for the Town. In 2016 the Purchasing Department issued more than 40 bids and processed over 3,700 requisitions totaling nearly $40,000,000.

We also manage the Town's insurance. Last year the Town earned more than $100,000 in credits from our carrier as a result of the Town's safety, education and risk management programs.
