National Grid will be performing work on Chestnut St from Locust St to Columbia Rd; Willow Ave from Chestnut St to the dead end; Lindall St from Chestnut St to #4 in order to replace and/or relocate the gas main. This work will begin on June 14th and will continue for approximately 2 months and will generally take place from 7 am-4 pm, Monday – Saturday.
National Grid and/or a qualified contractor (RJ Devereaux Corp) will perform the work. A police detail will be provided. The road will be open to the public and parking may be limited. Expect delays and please use an alternative route if possible. A construction foreman with appropriate identification will be on-site to address your parking needs throughout the duration of the project.
