COVID Temporary Modifications

On June 9, 2020, the Board of Selectmen adopted temporary regulations to facilitate the Town’s approval processes for modifications to businesses, and their property, in need of relief to operate safely in response to COVID.   While many normal approval processes are being streamlined, to maintain transparency, we are listing the approvals made under these regulations below.

  • The Berry Tavern, High Street.  Permission to expand its outdoor patio seating area.
  • Daniella’s, Holten Street.  Permission to convert four parking spaces to an outdoor dining area.
  • The 99, Commonwealth Avenue.  Permission to convert parking spaces to an outdoor dining area.
  • IPazzi, Maple Street.  Permission to serve gelato from a cart in front of their business.
  • Endicott Grille, Endicott Street.  Permission to convert parking to an outdoor dining area.
  • Supino’s, Maple Street.  Permission to convert parking area into outdoor dining.
  • Lahey Outpatient Center, Maple Street.  Permission to place a trailer in a parking area for COVID screening.
  • Texas Roadhouse, Maple Street.  Permission to convert parking spaces to a dining area.
  • Portside Diner, River Street.  Permission to convert parking spaces to a dining area.
