For a safe and happy Halloween, we recommend that residents follow the Halloween guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and adjust the traditional method of Trick-or-Treating to a safer method. However, trick-or-Treating will be held from 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM this year. For households that do not want to participate in Trick-or-Treating due to health concerns or any other reason, please should shut off outdoor lights. We ask that Trick-or-Treaters respect the households with the lights off.
