Endicott Dog Park Aerial

Dog Park Closed

We’re pleased to announce an anticipated construction start date the week of July 12th for planned renovations to the Danvers Dog Park.  In order to assure the safety of our park users and minimize construction delays, it will be necessary to close the dog park during the renovations for a period of approximately seven (7) weeks.

These improvements are meant to primarily address accessibility and migration of the stone surfacing.  There will be other improvements associated with these renovations aimed at user comfort.  While we strive to address all of our users concerns, we are limited by budget and conditions associated with the park’s proximity to the wetlands.  We will continue to monitor conditions and make improvements based on recommendations by you, the users.

Dog owners are reminded that dogs must be leashed at all times in other areas of Endicott Park and the town in general.  Violators may be subject to a $25.00 fine in accordance to Town By-Law XXI for violation of the leash law.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to complete these renovations as quickly and safely as possible.
