Danvers Zero Waste Recycling Weekend Oct. 22&23

OctOctober 23 2022

9:00am - 1:00pm

Since 1997, communities across the country have come together on November 15 to celebrate America Recycles Day.  This is the only nationally recognized day dedicated to the promotion of recycling programs in the United States.  Its an opportunity for people to recognize the value of recycling in a special way.

In Danvers, we’re sponsoring a two-day event to recycle a variety of items not eligible for curbside pick-up.  This is a chance to recycle “outside of the bin”!  DPW’s Zero Waste Recycling Weekend will take place on October 22 and 23, 2022, 9 AM to 1 PM in the High School parking lot at 60 Cabot Road.  This is co-sponsored by Simple Recycling, JRM, and BoxQ Electronics Recycling.
