The Town Of Danvers currently has an opening for a Director of Operations in our Public Works Department. This position also serves as Assistant Public Works Director and is responsible for the day to day operations of several divisions, including Street, Equipment, Buildings, Grounds and Forestry and Water and Sewer.  Preferred candidates will have five years of related experience in Public Works and/or Civil Engineering.  A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, with knowledge of public administration principles and effective management techniques.  A Masters’ Degree is desirable.  Salary range $87,951.00 to $117,448.00 depending on experience.  For a complete job description please click on the job tittle above.
