The Town of Danvers seeks qualified applicants for the full-time (benefited) position of Human Resources Generalist. The Danvers Human Resources office is in the process of revising job roles to better meet the needs of the Danvers employees and leaders; we are excited about the new staffing model and having new team members to work with us on our goals for the office.
This position supports and manages all functions of the Human Resources Department including, state & federal law, local personnel policies and regulations, recruitment and on-boarding, employee relations, policy development, training program, labor relations and any other tasks. This position requires a high level of professionalism, confidentiality and superior customer service skills. This position reports to the Assistant Town Manager.

The expected hiring range for the Human Resources Generalist is $59,954 – 62,974,(DOQ), with the ability to move through the steps to max pay of $73,055. This is a 40-hour a week position.
