The Town of Danvers seeks applications for the full-time benefitted position of Regulatory Board Administrative Assistant with the Planning Division. The Regulatory Board Admin Assistant performs a variety of administrative tasks in support of the staff, services, programs, and board and commissions of the Planning Division.
Minimum qualifications include Graduation from high school, trade school, or equivalent required, Associate degree preferred. Three (3) years of planning office experience or municipal office experience; or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Experience working with the public and responding to customers service requests preferred. Advanced understanding with computers and Microsoft Office is required. Valid driver’s license. This position works 35 hours per week. Union position (Grade 4) pay scale starting at $47,063 annually, with the ability to move through scale (via step system) to the max step at $59, 625. Hiring range DOQ. Excellent benefits.
