BONDED CONTRACTORS:

Please be advised the opening construction date for Street Opening Permits or Excavating and Trench Opening Permits will be April 3, 2017. Any work under Permit to the Town of Danvers will be subject to the following conditions:

  1. All excavation within the confines of the Town Street Layout, including sidewalk areas, must be backfilled.
  1. All trench patching, whether of permanent or temporary nature, shall be of Type I Bituminous Concrete and must be completed within 30 days after the excavation.
  1. All construction signs must be MUTCD approved. Contractors may no longer use handmade signs to direct Traffic.
  1. All Contractors are responsible to supply their own Construction signs, The Town no longer will supply Construction signs to Contractors.

These conditions must be met prior to any issuing of Street Opening Permit or Excavating and Trench Opening Permit.
