The Town of Danvers new, easy-to-use online payment platform with more ways to view and pay your utility bill, plus the ability to pay by phone and via text message is now available.

Yard Waste Pickup

Pickup occurs approximately 12 times a year.

  • Place unlimited yard waste in open barrels (free “yard waste” stickers are available at several Town buildings) separated from your trash or in paper yard waste bags (no larger than 45 gallons or 50 pounds).
  • Branches and twigs must be bundled and tied.
  • Brush will be accepted up to 4 feet in length and not more than 4 inches in diameter.

Yard Waste will be collected curbside on your Trash day during the following weeks in 2019:

  • Week of April 7
  • Week of April 21
  • Week of May 5
  • Week of June 2
  • Week of July 7
  • Week of August 4
  • Week of September 8
  • Week of October 20
  • Week of November 3
  • Week of November 17
  • Week of December 1

Any additional yard waste or brush can be brought to the Transfer Station on Monday -  Saturday from 7:00 am - 4:00 pm (Users must enter by 3:45pm).  You must first purchase a $15 Brush Sticker (Residents or Property Owners with a passenger plate) or a $10 Single Use Pass (Residents with commercial plate) at the Clerk's Office in Town Hall or at the Business Division on Burroughs Street (Cash or Check only).  The sticker is for unlimited brush/yard waste disposal and is valid for the calendar year.  Please see the section on the Transfer Station for more details.
